I have been coaching athletes of all ages and ability levels across distances from 5k to the marathon since 2013. I started my coaching career with Hansons Coaching Services and began operating independently in 2018. 

My primary experience is with adult athletes seeking to improve in the marathon, whether they are chasing a high level qualifying standard or a first time finish. Throughout my decade plus of coaching, I've helped over 30 athletes reach Boston qualifying times, and many more achieve significant personal bests.

As a coach, I view my primary role as someone who can provide structure, accountability, and encouragement to help guide your training. With an individualized plan, you'll know exactly what you need to do each day to keep you on track and progressing towards your goals. You still have to take care of the hard part of actually putting in the work day-in, day-out, but with a coach in your corner, you can rest easy knowing that the training you do will have you totally prepared to meet whatever challenges you'll face on race day.
