• In signing up for online personal coaching, I agree to the WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS AND LIABILITY described below:

• I hereby acknowledge that I am knowingly and voluntarily participating in the sport of running and associated training and coaching involved with that participation. I acknowledge that my participation in these activities may involve risks of injury, including, but not limited to physical and psychological injury, illness, disability, economic or emotional loss, and the possibility of death, and any other injury or damage not specifically listed here. I acknowledge and assume all of the listed risks of injury, all other possible risk of injury or damage, and risk of death, which could occur due to my participation.

 

• I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brendan Gregg, Brendan Gregg Coaching, and all affiliates, heirs, representatives, and any other related persons and entities against any and all claims, suits, or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation, loss, injury or death that may result from my use of online personal coaching services, brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney's fees and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf.

 

• I understand that this Waiver and Release of Claims and Liability is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by law. If any portion is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Waiver and Release of Claims and Liability will continue in full legal force and effect.

 

• I understand the risks of my participation in this activity, and I voluntarily choose to participate and I assume all risks of injury or death due to my participation.

 

• I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and fully understand that it is a release of liability.
