  • Training schedule is written via an online training log at

  • Plans are written responsively on a week-to-week basis according to your progress and adjusted around both your scheduling needs and fitness level.

  • Unlimited athlete-initiated communication via your training log, email, text and/or scheduled phone calls.

  • Timeline for coaching is up to you, whether it's one goal race or multiple seasons.

Coach Brendan Gregg

I have been coaching athletes of all ability levels across distances from 5k to the marathon since 2013. Over that time, I've helped over 30 athletes reach Boston qualifying times, and many more achieve personal bests.

I competed for Stanford University from 2007 through 2012 and represented the Hansons-Brooks Distance Project from 2012 to 2021. I now race for the SRA Elite team in Sacramento, CA.
