Fully individualized, custom-made plans for any age, ability level, and distance between 5k and marathon.
Custom plans are designed to target a specific goal race or season with a time frame of 10 to 16 weeks of training. They can include any number of intermediate races in the lead-up to your main goal race that you would like to incorporate as well.
After an initial consultation to go over your goals and expectations, as well as your running background and current training, you will receive a full training plan uploaded to a training calendar at FinalSurge.com. Plans are designed with volume and paces specifically tailored to your personal history and current circumstances to take you progressively from your current fitness to your goal.
Once you receive your plan, you will have a chance to ask questions and get feedback about the completed plan before beginning your training.
Please allow 2 weeks for the plan to be written and questions to be answered before training begins.

Ongoing month-to-month online personal coaching over whatever time period you choose, whether it's for a single goal race or over multiple seasons.
After an initial phone or video consultation to go over your background and goals, we will work together to craft a long-term plan to set you up for success.
You will receive weekly custom-made training schedules that are tailored to your specific racing goals and training history, with personalized pace and volume instruction. Your schedule is written via an online training log at FinalSurge.com.
Plans are written responsively on a week-to-week basis according to your progress and adjusted around both your scheduling needs and fitness level.
Full service coaching includes unlimited athlete-initiated communication and schedule adjustments via your training log, email, text, and/or scheduled phone calls.
